Mariah Carey is a singer-songwriter who has been nominated for 34 Grammys, winning 5. She has released 15 studio albums since 1990, 6 of which have topped the Billboard 200 albums chart. Additionally, Carey has had 19 No. 1 hits on the Hot 100 chart. Her 2018 album, Caution, includes the song "The Distance" featuring Ty Dolla $ign. Since then, Carey released the compilation album The Rarities in October 2020. Her new children's book, The Christmas Princess, will be released in November 2022.
