Chef Mario Carbone

Mario Carbone is a chef and the founder of the iconic New York City restaurant Carbone. He studied at the Culinary Institute of America after growing up in Queens, New York. Carbone got his start working at restaurants such as Babbo and Lupa in New York City. Most recently, he released Carbone's iconic spicy vodka sauce across grocery stores nationwide. Carbone's first and only private location will be opening at the members-only ZZ's Club in New York City in November 2023.
