Michael Shannon is a two-time Oscar-nominated actor whose credits include Boardwalk Empire, 8 Mile, Bad Boys II, Revolutionary Road, The Iceman, Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice, Nocturnal Animals, The Shape of Water, Knives Out and Bullet Train as well as the TV series Nine Perfect Strangers. He also starred in the off-Broadway play Waiting for Godot in November 2023. Shannon made his directorial debut with his film Eric Larue, which premiered at the Tribeca Film Festival in June 2023. The film releases in theaters in April 2025.
