Octavia Spencer

Octavia Spencer is an actress best known for her Oscar-winning role in 2011's The Help. She also secured Oscar nominations for Best Supporting Actress in both Hidden Figures and The Shape of Water. Other notable films include Fruitvale Station, Get On Up, Snowpiercer and The Divergent Series. Spencer has also recurred on the TV series Ugly Betty and Mom. Recently, she starred in the horror film Ma, Netflix's miniseries Self Made: Inspired by the Life of Madam C. J. Walker, Thunder Force and Encounter. Spencer can next be seen in the new film Spirited, which will be in theaters and on Apple TV+ in November 2022.
