Michaela McManus stars as Sarah on the NBC drama "The Village."
McManus starred as a series regular on the NBC series "Aquarius," opposite David Duchovny. She also recurred on the CBS series "SEAL Team" and Seth MacFarlane's "The Orville."
McManus began her acting career in 2008 by joining the cast of the CW series "One Tree Hill." She starred as Chad Michael Murray’s love interest during the show’s fifth season and then went on to join the cast of "Law & Order: Special Victims Unit" for the show’s tenth season. Other television credits include recurring roles on the CW series "The Vampire Diaries" and the USA series "Necessary Roughness," as well as a starring role on the NBC series "Awake" alongside Jason Isaacs.
Originally from Rhode Island, McManus recently co-starred in the independent film "The Block Island Sound," directed by her brothers, Kevin and Matthew McManus. She previously co-starred in the independent film "Into the Grizzly Maze," opposite James Marsden, Piper Perabo and Thomas Jane, as well as "Fifty-Nothing," an independent film starring Wendie Malick. She was also featured in "Funeral Kings," an official SXSW Film Festival selection.
