Born to Croatian immigrants, Simone's story is one of artistic passion woven with family resilience. Her musical journey began with piano lessons and sitting in on her sisters' choir performances at age 4, blossoming into a diverse talent spanning classical music, musical theater and music production. A standout moment was performing in the Grammy Award-winning Mahler's Symphony No. 8 at Walt Disney Concert Hall with the National Children's Chorus. Now at the University of Virginia, Simone honors both her family's emphasis on education and her artistic dreams by pursuing a double major in history and music and performing with her best friends in the Virginia Belles a cappella group. Her interests have expanded to include guitar and songwriting, while her classical performances particularly delight her family, beautifully bridging her artistic expression with her rich heritage. She’s looking forward to releasing her first EP in 2025.
