Mia has been playing piano, singing and writing songs for most of her life. After making the semifinals on the talent competition show "America's Got Talent" at age 15, Mia was bullied online for her weight. This left her self-esteem shattered and drive to pursue music dwindling. After years of hiding and unhealthy practices, Mia decided to no longer allow others to influence her. Mia adopted healthy eating habits and exercise, and she embraced her music again. In Boston, Mia plays open mics and weddings all over the city.
