Skylar Alyvia Mayton has been singing since she could talk and took voice lessons at a young age, which led to her involvement in theater. Skylar is fluent in Spanish and focuses on her studies and sports during the school year but performs locally in the summers and even got to sing the National Anthem at a Chicago Bulls game. As a Christmas gift last year, she finally got to see her idol, Kelly Clarkson, perform in concert. Skylar is thrilled to perform on "The Voice" stage in front of Kelly and hopes to prove she can compete with people of all ages.
