Mariah has been singing and performing since she started taking dance lessons at 5. She is trained in ballet, jazz, lyrical, tap and contemporary, and is currently focused on Afro-fusion and hip-hop. Mariah is about to graduate high school and decided to give singing her full attention. Education is extremely important, but music is where her heart lies, and she dreams of forgoing college to focus on her music career. Mariah’s parents have made a deal with her - if her career starts taking off, she doesn’t have to worry about college. She has the rest of the school year, plus the summer, to make that happen.
