Bio

Rudi was born into a family who knew she was destined for music. Her grandfather passed away right before she was born, and her grandmother was convinced that Rudi was her grandfather reincarnated. Rudi's grandfather was a talented Mariachi musician and the only other singer in the family. Rudi also loves mariachi and Spanish music, and it's how she stays connected with her heritage. Rudi's parents own a body shop where she and her four siblings work. Rudi has struggled to find her place at the shop and feels that she's meant to be a performer. Her first performance was at age 2 when her mom handed her a mic at a kid's expo and she sang "How Do I Live" by LeAnn Rimes. As a teenager, Rudi won a radio competition and performed a duet on stage with the band Boys Like Girls. Now, she's writing a lot of her own music and wants to perform.
