Blessing originally hails from Nigeria and is the youngest of six children. He was born with complete vision loss in one eye and very limited vision in his right eye. At the age of six, he joined his uncle in America with the hope of receiving medical treatment, but due to complications, Blessing ended up completely losing his vision. Blessing turned to music and is now a full-time singer-songwriter. He wants to prove that one can achieve one's dreams despite adversity.
