She steadily booked commercials as a child actor, but it was her version of "Lazy" by Bruno Mars that garnered 3.7 million views on YouTube and landed her a K-pop record deal. At 14 years old, Megan moved to South Korea with her supportive family, where they struggled to adjust to the culture and found themselves caught in a record deal she felt was unfair.
