Madi suffered from severe hearing loss as a child, which alienated her from others. At age seven, she underwent surgery and immediately started gaining confidence, thanks in part to her newfound love for singing. She decided to try out for The Children's Choir of Greater Dallas and performed with them all over Paris. Recently, Madi chose to focus on music and is now homeschooled. Although it was a tough transition, she is willing to do whatever it takes to pursue her dream.
