President Donald Trump said on Friday that the Army Black Hawk helicopter involved in the fatal plane crash in Washington, D.C. Wednesday, was flying too high at the time of the incident. "The Black Hawk helicopter was flying too high, by a lot. It was far above the 200 foot limit. That's not really too complicated to understand, is it???" he wrote on social media without attribution.
