Megan Mullally has returned to her iconic role as Karen Walker on NBC's "Will & Grace," which begins its final season October 24.

The role has garnered her two Emmy Awards and six additional nominations, with the series earning a total of 18 Emmys and 91 nominations to date. The series remains one of the few in television history where each member of the "Will & Grace" cast has won an Emmy. She has also earned four Screen Actors Guild Awards and received four Golden Globe nominations for her work on "Will & Grace."

Mullally starred alongside Rob Lowe and Jenna Fischer in Sky TV's "You, Me and the Apocalypse," which aired on NBC in 2015 following a run in the U.K. She also co-starred on Rob Corddry's satirical Emmy-winning TV series "Childrens Hospital" and recurred on "Parks and Recreation" as the evil Tammy, opposite her real-life husband, Nick Offerman.

She returned to Broadway in the Mel Brooks original musical "Young Frankenstein." She also starred in the New Group's production of Sharr White's "Annapurna," opposite Offerman. This followed a successful 2009 run at L.A.'s Odyssey Theatre in Adam Bock's "The Receptionist," for which she was awarded a Backstage West Garland Award.

Mullally returned to Broadway in 2014 for Terence McNally's "It's Only a Play," alongside Nathan Lane, Matthew Broderick, F. Murray Abraham, Stockard Channing, Rupert Grint and Micah Stock. That same year she co-starred in a critically applauded performance opposite Lane in "Guys and Dolls" at Carnegie Hall.

For her film projects, Mullally co-starred with James Franco and Bryan Cranston in John Hamburg's "Why Him?" and also appeared in James Franco's critically acclaimed "The Disaster Artist," as well as the Bob Byington-directed comedy "Infinity Baby," alongside Offerman.
