Luke Mitchell plays Dr. Mitch Ripley on the NBC drama "Chicago Med."

Mitchell has played a wide array of leading roles, including "The Republic of Sarah," "Legacies" and "Big Sky." He co-starred on "The Code," alongside Dana Delany, and played a villain on "Blindspot."

Mitchell had a two-season run on "Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D.," and his resume also includes his debut U.S. series, "The Tomorrow People," for Greg Berlanti.

On the big screen, he has appeared in the Taylor Sheridan-penned feature "Without Remorse," opposite Michael B. Jordan. Additionally, he has starred in a variety of independent films, including "Mothers and Daughters," "Black Water: Abyss" and "7 Minutes."

Following his impressive start on Australian TV in the hit series "H2O: Just Add Water," Mitchell moved to Sydney to join the main cast of "Home and Away" and won the Most Popular New Male Talent Logie Award in 2010.
