Inside Heidi Klum's "Girly" Nights with Sofia Vergara, Simon's Fiancee, & Howie's Wife
The America's Got Talent Judge compares their nights with Terry Mandel and Lauren Silverman to Sex and the City.
Heidi Klum and Sofia Vergara are two peas in a pod!
On September 5, at the America's Got Talent 18 red carpet, Heidi Klum opened up about the way she connects with her friend and fellow Judge, Sofia Vergara.
"I knew Sofia a little bit from before we did America's Got Talent, but here we really got to know each other," she told NBC Insider.
"We feel very Sex in the City when the four of us go out," she revealed, referencing Judge Simon Cowell's fiancee, Lauren Silverman, and Howie Mandel's wife Terry Mandel.
"When we all hang out together, we're kind of gossiping, talking about relationships," she said. "I mean, girly stuff, and it's just fun to have girls to do that with now, and we're all kind of in the same age group...It's nice to exchange," she added, mentioning Judge Howie Mandel's longtime wife, Terry.

Klum and Vergara's closeness is evident on the AGT set, as the two both rocked matching outfits on the red carpet last week. Vergara wore a zebra print jumpsuit, while Klum had on a zebra print mini dress.
According to a recent interview Vergara gave with Access Hollywood, the similar getups weren't even planned in advance — they just think that much alike!
“I love [Heidi]," Vergara said. "I mean we have the best time together. We’re always, you know joking. We even dress up the same way without even planning.”
Klum reciprocated Vergara's fondness. “I love Sofia. You know, it’s not really work. You can’t call this work what we’re doing…We’re having fun…we get to see amazing talented people on the stage. We have a great time together off camera and on camera," she said.

Klum and Vergara have frequently been seen together hanging out as friends outside of the AGT set. Two weeks ago, the gals grabbed dinner with Mandel,Terry, Silverman and posted some fun Instagram pictures about the occasion. Klum wore some stunning leopard print while Vergara rocked a lime green strapless outfit.

Then, on April 11, the Judges got together for another fancy dinner. In the snapshot posted to Klum's official Instagram page, Klum rocked a green dress, while Vergara wore a white corset and jeans.
"The girls are back in town," Klum wrote in the caption.
