Heidi Klum's Spot-On Secret to Aging and Embracing Her 50s: "I Don't Let..."
The longtime AGT Judge spills the beans!
What's America's Got Talent star Heidi Klum's secret to loving who she is in her 50s? It's not rocket science, and the former Judge revealed it all in a memorable moment in 2023.
During a May 2023 appearance on the AGT red carpet, Klum was asked by Entertainment Tonight about how she planned on embracing her 50s — and the star's answer is an inspiration to anybody at the same stage in life!
"To be honest, I don't let this number change my path or what I do," Klum confessed. "It is for me just a number because I don't feel 50, you know? I mean, sometimes I look in the mirror and I'm like, 'Oh yeah, I am 50,' but internally, I feel like I'm 25, I'm full of energy."
Anyone who has tuned in to AGT in recent seasons knows just how full of energy Klum is! In fact, it's one of the things we'll miss most in Season 20. (Unfortunately, Klum will not return to the Judge's desk this year.)

Of course, it helps that Klum, 51, surrounds herself with plenty of youthful spirit: Her husband, rocker Tom Kaulitz, included!
"My husband is 33 and I know I have more energy than him, so I feel like, 'So far, so good. I feel like I'm just gonna do what I always have done — again, the number for me or the birthday doesn't change anything for me," Klum revealed. "My passions are the same passions, I love to travel, [to] be there for my family."
If there's one thing Klum has noticed at her age, it's that she's increasingly becoming the smallest person in her household.
"Everyone around me is getting taller and older, and my boys are now 6'3", so I'm like, this little mommy next to my boys," she explained.
EW also caught up with Klum's bestie, Sofia Vergara, and asked the longtime AGT Judge if she spoke to Klum about what to expect in her 50s — and Vergara didn't disappoint with her hilarious response!
"Horrible things — I already told her," Vergara quipped.
America's Got Talent Season 20 premieres this spring on NBC
The countdown is on! AGT returns with its milestone 20th Season on Tuesday, May 27 at 8/7c on NBC — mark your calendars! The Live Shows will begin Tuesday, August 19 at 8/7c, with results airing Wednesday nights at 8/7c.
Nobody's more excited than returning Judge Simon Cowell.

Viewers will see a familiar face this time around: Mel B will return as a Judge in Season 20, joining Cowell, Vergara, and Howie Mandel.
