Chicago P.D. Star Marina Squerciati Shared the Cutest Photo with Her Mini-Me Daughter
Chicago P.D.'s Marina Squerciati recently had a thrilling dinosaur-themed adventure with her adorable daughter.
Marina Squerciati — aka Kim Burgess on Chicago P.D. — had the best time with her little one recently!
On June 11, the Chicago P.D. star took to her official Instagram page to share some sweet snippets of her and her young daughter having some special bonding time together. More specifically, she took her daughter to an exciting Jurassic World Tour event, and the two totally had a blast.
In the first snapshot, Squerciati did her best T-Rex impression while her daughter held up a poster from the event and struck a sassy pose, taking after her mama.
Squerciati then shared some footage from the exciting event. In the clip, she and her daughter sat in the front row while a realistic robot dinosaur made its way toward them, and the gals both shrieked in surprise and giggled in amusement. See the post here.

"I LOVED THIS SHOW! The @jurassicworldlivetour's Velociraptors came pretty close to taking us out, but we lived to tell the tale," Squerciati captioned the post.
The fun show hasn't been the only way Squerciati has been living her best life lately. Last month, she also shared a video of her swimming in the Dead Sea while wearing a red bathing suit. In the second shot included in the post, she had a big grin on her face while covered in mud.
"Dead Sea. Now you see me..." she wrote.
While Squerciati seems to be living her best left during her free time, her character on Chicago P.D., Officer Kim Burgess, is going through it right now. Her flame, Adam Ruzek (Patrick John Flueger), was shot in the Season 10 finale, and his fate is currently unknown.
Burgess and Ruzek have had an on-again-off-again relationship throughout the show — however, Squerciati and Flueger are super close in real life. In an interview with NBC Insider, Flueger opened up about how his friendship with Squerciati affects their acting process.
"Marina’s one of my best friends, and it’s like we balance each other out. With our performances, I think we do have good chemistry onscreen. If I’m going to toot my own horn, I will toot the horn that Marina Squerciati and myself have good chemistry onscreen," he said. "But with Burgess and Ruzek, I think it’s just they balance each other out. They just collectively calm each other down and validate each other’s strengths and make up for each other’s weaknesses."
