The Voice Season 22 Battle Advisors Have Been Revealed—See the Lineup
See who will be joining Blake Shelton, John Legend, Camila Cabello, and Gwen Stefani during the Battles this year.
The Voice Season 22 premieres Monday, September 19 at 8/7c on NBC. And we're shaking things up this season in more ways than one. For starters, Camila Cabello and Gwen Stefani will be joining Blake Shelton and John Legend in the Coaches' chairs. Also: Season 22 will introduce a new format during the Knockout Rounds. For the first time ever, three-way knockouts will be a part of the competition, raising the stakes more than ever before. And during the Knockout Rounds, there won't be a Mega Mentor; instead, Artists will work directly with their Coaches to prepare them for the challenge ahead. The Battle Rounds will still include trusty Battle Advisors, though, and they were revealed on Wednesday, August 17. Meet the Season 22 Battle Advisors, below.
Jazmine Sullivan
Joining Team Legend as a Battle Advisor is Jazmine Sullivan, R&B singer-songwriter extraordinaire who's racked up 15 Grammy nominations, winning two, including Best R&B Album for Heaux Tales.
Charlie Puth
The Battle Advisor for Team Camila is Charlie Puth, who's been nominated for four Grammys and has topped the charts with songs like "See You Again" (with Wiz Khalifa), "We Don't Talk Anymore" (with Selena Gomez), and "Attention." His first two studio albums stampeded the Billboard 200 chart, and his third, Charlie, is expected to drop in October.
Jimmie Allen
Jimmie Allen will be the Battle Advisor for Team Blake. Allen was nominated for Best New Artist at the 2022 Grammy Awards, and his most recent album, Tulip Drive, arrived in June.
Sean Paul
Rounding out the Battle Advisors is Sean Paul for Team Gwen. With a chart-topping discography that spans decades, nine Grammy nominations (including one win), and a legacy as one of Jamaica’s most prolific Artists, Sean Paul is the perfect person to bring Contestants on The Voice to the next level.
