Humans suck and animals rule in WILD LIFE, a quarter-hour animated comedy about a gang of zoo animal friends living free and hanging out after the end of the world. Predators and prey have sorted out their differences, bonded by a need for normalcy against a backdrop of hopelessness and futility. Together they come up with elaborate schemes to entertain themselves and pretty much just keep from going insane. If Walking Dead smoked a lot of Adventure Time and binge-watched Friends, you’d have WILD LIFE.
