Blake Shelton Sang George Strait with the "Elvis of Country" and It's So Good (VIDEO)
It was only a matter of time before fans got a Voice/AGT crossover.
Who doesn't love it when worlds collide?
In a March 31 Instagram post, America's Got Talent alum Drake Milligan shared footage of himself on stage singing alongside The Voice's Blake Shelton! The duo performed a rousing duet of George Strait's 1987 classic, "All My Ex's Live in Texas" — and it all happened thanks to Shelton bringing Milligan along as his opening act on his latest tour. How cool is that?
In addition to a clip of the performance, Milligan shared a few photos sharing the stage with one of country music's biggest superstars. He and Shelton looked like they were having the time of their lives!
"Opened up for @blakeshelton for the first time this weekend and had no idea he was gonna pull me back out to sing some George Strait with him. Such a cool moment. Thanks for havin us, Blake!!" Milligan captioned.

Our favorite part of the video was Shelton leading the crowd in a sing-along as Milligan belted out the lyrics to the iconic song. It isn't often when the stars of The Voice intersect with the unforgettable Acts of the AGT universe, but when it does it's pure magic. It was a night to remember for both men, and they both sounded incredible.
Thanks to his unbelievable performances on AGT Season 17, Milligan earned the nickname of "The New Elvis of Country" — and trust us, the comparisons were definitely deserved!
By all accounts, the 26-year-old sensation has lived up to the lofty billing. After all, Shelton doesn't bring just anybody along to tour with him!
Here's what to know about "All My Ex's Live in Texas"

In the United States, "All My Ex's Live in Texas" hit #1 on Billboard's Hot Country Songs chart on July 11, 1987.
In 2022, Billboard placed the song at #2 in their ranking of the 10 best George Strait songs ever, calling the track "a perfect complement of a down-home arrangement buoyed by his wry sense of humor. Reflecting on a life that included plenty of love in his past, and about the same number of partings, the singer gave the listeners many reasons why he should avoid the Lone Star State at all costs — due to the healthy amount of former lovers there."
