Epic Universe's New Space-Age Resort, Terra Luna, Will Level Up Your Universal Orlando Vacation

Universal Orlando Resort is slated to transform the theme park experience with the opening of its latest theme park extravaganza at Epic Universe. Guests will be able to jump through portals leading to 5 unique worlds, each inspired by some of your favorite fictional characters and locations.
Epic Universe is located just a few miles from Universal Orlando’s other parks and resort offerings, including Universal Studios Florida, Universal Islands of Adventures, and Universal Volcano Bay. The new park features breathtaking multi-sensory environments, rides, dining options, and experiences using cutting edge technologies and movie magic writ large.
Of course, all of that adventure could be tiring, and you’ll need someplace to lay your head at night. That’s where Universal Orlando Resorts newest hotel, Terra Luna Resort, comes in. Co-owned and operated by Loews Hotels & Co. (the same folks responsible for some of your other favorite Universal resort hotels) and crafted by the Universal Creative team, Terra Luna offers 750 guest rooms styled to make you feel like you’re living on another planet. It joins the Stella Nova Resort as being the first of the new hotels dedicated to your Epic Universe experience to open in Orlando.
Inside Universal Terra Luna Resort
Each of Terra Luna’s 750 rooms can accommodate up to 4 guests in two queen beds. You can look out over the alien landscape right here on Earth, through your space station-style windows and experience microgravity at the resort-style pool and hot tub. Between riding rollercoasters and visiting your favorite fictional worlds, get your heart rate up at Terra Luna’s fitness and game rooms.

Guests can shop for collectibles and souvenirs at the Universal Orlando Resort Store, and you can fill your belly with breakfast, lunch, and dinner options at the Omega Cafe and Market. Find burgers, drinks, and other treats at the poolside Moonrise Grill and Moonrise Bar, and cap off the evening with astronomical cocktails at the Luna Bar, in the hotel lobby.
What to do at Universal Terra Luna Resort
Terra Luna is open to guests now, but the real fun is yet to come. In addition to shopping, snacking, and swimming at the cosmic-inspired resort hotel, Terra Luna guests are located adjacent to Epic Universe, opening to everyone May 22, 2025.
Guests staying at Terra Luna (or any of the other Universal Orlando resort hotels) can enjoy exclusive park benefits including Early Admission to Epic Universe and other Universal parks. You’ll be able to enter the park up to an hour before everyone else (with valid park admission). Guests can also take advantage of complimentary shuttle transportation to the parks and Universal CityWalk, merchandise delivery (so you don’t have to carry things around the park with you) and more.
