When Martha Stewart reveals a secret, the world listens.

How to Watch

Watch the series premiere of Yes, Chef! on Monday, April 28 at 10/9c on NBC.

The star of the upcoming NBC series Yes, Chef! is known for many things — having flawless skin at her age is just one of them. In an eye-opening September 30, 2024, Instagram video, Stewart revealed the secret to her trademark radiant skin, and it's healthy and easy for fans to incorporate into their own lives.

"I grow all the greens for my green juice, which I drink every single day," she said in the video. "Thus, good skin."

So there you have it — green juice for the win!

The best part is that green juice can be easily made based on what kind of veggies you have at your disposal. Celery, cucumbers, kale, healthy fruits, and herbs are all you need. And in a pinch, you can even buy a premade version in grocery stores.

Who knows, maybe Stewart's BFF Snoop Dogg will incorporate it into his daily routine instead of his wonderfully bizarre doughnut breakfast concoction.

In the video, Stewart briefly spoke about her friendship with the former Voice Coach and couldn't resist throwing a good-natured jab: "You might know he's afraid of horses."

(For the record, he's also technically afraid of eating escargot, as Stewart discovered firsthand in Paris over the summer.)

As it turns out, it's easy for the 83-year-old to drink her green juice every day — she lives on a farm.

"I grow all my own vegetables," Stewart revealed as she put on her makeup for the day.

Mark your calendars, cooking show fans: There's a new series coming that you won't want to miss!

Yes, Chef! will premiere Monday, April 28 at 10 p.m. ET/PT on NBC following The Voice, and it's everything foodies could ask for.

From Magical Elves, the Emmy Award-winning producers of Bravo's Top Chef, Yes, Chef! will see 12 chefs competing against each other — and their own egos — as they fight through culinary challenges designed to push them to the limit.

Hosted by Stewart and Emmy Award-winning chef José Andrés, the duo will use humor and a lot of tough love to decide who moves on in the competition each week. Let's hope that any chef who tries to make the world's best green drink knows they will be judged by one of the best to make them!
