Watch Every Deleted Scene From Wicked: Elphaba and Fiyero, Emerald City & More
If you secretly wished the movie could be even longer, then this compilation of axed footage is for you!

Do you secretly wish that the Wicked movie (now streaming on Peacock) was even longer than its current runtime of 2 hours and 45 minutes? Well, now it can be, thanks to an eight-and-a-half minute collection of deleted scenes released by Universal Pictures. The compilation contains never-before-seen footage from a number of key scenes — from Elphaba (Cynthia Erivo) and Fiyero (Jonathan Bailey) freeing the lion cub to Elphaba and Glinda (Ariana Grande) arriving in the Emerald City.
"I love that [fans] reacted to every little detail in our movie even though they’ve seen it multiple times with their friends and family, so I think on the home video side of it we get to show them deleted scenes, scenes they may have heard about in interviews, but never got to see; they get to see extensions of scenes; and they get the Sing-Along version of it," director Jon M. Chu told NBC Insider in late 2024 while discussing the film's home release. "You get two movies essentially!"
