How to Watch

Watch The Voice Mondays and Tuesdays at 8/7c on NBC and next day on Peacock.

The Coaches lineup for The Voice Season 22 is a mix of returning veterans and newbies. Come fall, the red chairs will be occupied by first-time Coach Camila CabelloJohn Legend, and IRL couple Gwen Stefani and Blake Shelton.

While Stefani has been a Coach on The Voice before, this season marks the first time she'll be doing it officially married to Shelton. (The couple tied the knot last year.) In a new interview with NBC Insider, Shelton opened up about what it's like working alongside his spouse. "The best part about working with my wife is that I never have to be apart from her," Shelton said. "And she also happens to be one of the least competitive people I know. Being on a competition show with your wife, who is also not competitive, is the greatest situation you can be in."

Stefani told NBC Insider that returning to The Voice married to Shelton has been "surreal."

"Stepping back on the set of The Voice this time was very surreal," she said. "Being married, it brought back so many memories of all the different seasons that we've been on The Voice together, all the different phases of our friendship, of our relationship."

That being said, she revealed slipping back into a working dynamic was "kinda easy and flawless and normal. It just feels like we're anywhere else we'd be together. And I have a lot of fun with him here."

Watch The Voice Season 22 on NBC this fall Monday and Tuesday nights starting September 19 at 8 p.m. ET. Catch up on previous seasons now on Peacock.
