Donald Faison and his little ones are sports fans IRL!
On January 30, the Extended Family star took to his official Instagram page to share the most heartwarming snapshot of him attending a Boston Celtics game with his 9-year-old son, Rocco. In the picture, Faison held the camera and grinned from the audience, while Rocco held up a giant Celtics ring. Meanwhile, his wife CaCee Cobb appeared in the background next to his youngest daughter, 7-year-old Wilder, who smiled and flashed a peace sign.

Donald Faison and his six kids
Faison has 6 children total: Sean, 26, Kaya and Dade, 23, Kobe, 20, Rocco, and Wilder. In a 2019 interview with People, he talked about his parenting style.
“I’m Disney Dad. I’m the one that you can count on for the laughs and the fun times,” he told the outlet. "It’s rare that I discipline.”
He also discussed how his approach has shifted as his kids get older. “As my kids have gotten older, I’ve become … not more opinionated, but I feel like I’ve had to use my experiences in life to explain to them why what they’re doing isn’t going to work. But as far as being strict, no. And that’s good and bad.”
He continued, “I have a kid that graduated college. I’m very proud of that. And I have another kid that’s gonna start college next year. That makes me very proud.”
Donald Faison on Extended Family
In a December 2023 interview with ScreenRant, Faison talked about what he admires the most about his character's business mindset.
"I love that he's capable of doing what he does," Faison said. "He went to MIT. He's smart."
He continued: "He's very brave to buy the team that he grew up watching, especially in a beautiful city like Boston where they'll let you know if you're running the team into the ground. There are three cities where you better know what you're doing when you go there: New York, Boston, and Philly. I love that Trey is brave enough to say, 'You know what Boston? I'm going to take it on, and I'm going to lead us to a championship,' because I think he will eventually."
