The 49th season of Saturday Night Live got off to an excellent start, with a premiere episode hosted by former cast member Pete Davidson. Subsequent hosting turns from global pop star Bad Bunny (who pulled double duty as musical guest) and stand-up comic Nate Bargatze delivered plenty of laughs and celebrity cameos as well. In fact, Bargatze's was the most-watched live episode since Steve Martin and Martin Short co-hosted in December of 2022.

How to Watch

Is a new episode of Saturday Night Live on tonight, November 4, 2023?

Nope! The talented cast and equally-talented writers and crew are taking a break this weekend, so there's no new episode.

Instead, NBC will re-air Pete Davidson's season opener with musical guest Ice Spice.
