John Legend and Chrissy Teigen Welcome Baby Girl—See Her Pic and Name
The Voice Coach and his wife took to their Instagram pages to announce the exciting news!
John Legend is now a dad many times over!
The Voice Coach alum and his wife, author-model Chrissy Teigen, welcomed a baby girl named Esti Maxine Stephens to the world on January 13. Teigen and Legend celebrated the news on Instagram, posting a heartwarming photo of the couple’s two older children, Luna and Miles, cradling the newborn. How sweet!
“She’s here! Esti Maxine Stephens - the house is bustling and our family could not be happier 💕 Daddy sheds nightly tears of joy seeing Luna and Miles so full of love, and I am learning you still need diapers with a c section!? We are in bliss. Thank you for all the love and well wishes - we feel it all! X,” Tiegen gushed on her official Instagram page.
“On Friday, we welcomed Esti Maxine Stephens to our family, and our house is overflowing with love and joy. I’m in awe of Chrissy’s strength and resilience and I’m so thrilled to see how Luna and Miles embrace their baby sister. I’m so, so grateful, but that doesn’t seem like a big enough word…,” Legend posted on his Instagram, full of love.

This hasn't been the only time the couple took to their Instagram accounts to post adorable photos of their family. On Thanksgiving 2022, Legend posted sentimental photos of himself, Teigen (who was pregnant at the time), and Miles and Luna all having fun together. In the first snapshot, the family posed together, smiling at the camera while Teigen wore an elegant white flow-y dress. The second photo featured Teigen showing off her cooking skills, and the third was of Legend holding Luna while he wore a tropical shirt. In the next photo, Teigen gives her daughter a kiss on the cheek while Luna grins ear to ear, and in the last snapshot, Miles and Luna are seen holding opposite ends of a wishbone. Legend will not be a Coach on The Voice in the upcoming Season 23. But don’t fret, as he reassured fans he will make a return eventually. "My family's growing, I have a new album out, I'm 'gonna do a little bit of touring, and so it's probably better that I take a break," Legend told Entertainment Tonight. "...But I'll be back on The Voice, just not this coming season."
