Kelly Clarkson Returns for Her Talk Show's 1,000th Episode: "I Cannot Believe..."
Yes, 1,000 episodes of The Kelly Clarkson Show.
Since she's been gone, we've missed Kelly Clarkson so much. But the singer is returning to her eponymous talk show after a brief absence to celebrate its landmark 1,000th episode!
Kelly Clarkson reflects on 1,000 episodes of TKCS
Looking back on the many iterations of The Kelly Clarkson Show, Clarkson reflected on where it all started in a new video (watch above). "Our show premiered on September 9, 2019 with the help of some great friends. Over the next five-and-a-half years, we have made 999 episodes," she recalled. TKCS has weathered a pandemic and its host dealing with an eye patch and taken its audience everywhere from Montana to Australia, even moving the show from Los Angeles to New York City.
"We’ve gone big for Halloween and even bigger for Christmas," Clarkson said, adding, "Everybody has done such an incredible job. We started with the intention of making connections and bringing people together, and it feels like we’ve been doing just that. And even though I still can’t cook — sorry, kids! Thank you, Postmates! — I’m grateful to everyone who has been a part of this journey. It has been such a cool time."

Our favorite part? Her long-running covers series, Kellyoke. These nine performances in particular simply blew us away, proving yet again that she is a once-in-a-generation-singer.
"I cannot believe today marks the 1,000th [episode]," Clarkson added. "It's crazy."
Clarkson is back after a short hiatus
The week of March 20th marks Clarkson's return after taking some time off. On March 21, Ellen Pompeo, David Blaine, Crystle Stewart, and Happy’s Place star Melissa Peterman will be guests on the show.
Fans should be especially excited to see Blaine's act. As Clarkson noted, she reacts to magic "like a 10-year-old," and Blaine is one of the best illusionists in the biz.
