Like mother, like daughter! Mariska Hargitay paid homage to her late mom, model and actress Jayne Mansfield, by showing off her perfect runway strut on Instagram.
On November 7 at the 2022 Council of Fashion Designers of America awards ceremony, Project Runway winner Christian Siriano posted a video of the Law & Order: Special Victims Unit star walking confidently down a hallway while sporting a classy black trumpet-style gown.
“Just giving a little glamour tonight. Oh, can I get an over the shoulder? Hello! Just a casual dinner. Also your walk is really good!” Siriano praised Hargitay, following behind her with a camera.
“Well don’t forget, J.M was my momma,” Hargitay responded with sass, referencing her mother Mansfield’s prolific career.
“New SUPER MODEL in town and her name is Mariska!!!! Thank you for being my muse tonight at the #cfdaawards @cfda @therealmariskahargitay #jaynemansfield bammmmm 🖤🖤🖤🖤,” Siriano enthusiastically captioned the post.
The dynamic duo also posed together that night, with Hartigay putting one hand boldly on her hip, smiling while she sported dazzling layered silver bracelets; she let her caramel brown hair down in soft waves. “Oh what a night!
