Ice T's Daughter, Chanel, Is So Sweet Petting Their Family Bulldog While Fast Asleep
Oh, to be a child napping on a dog.
Now that's puppy love. Chanel Nicole Marrow, daughter of Law & Order: Special Victims Unit star Ice T and his wife, Coco, would rather snuggle with the family dog than go to school. Pretty understandable. And in a short video montage just posted to Instagram, it's also pretty adorable.

"I have a hard time getting ready for school in the morning cuz Sparty has the best snuggles,I keep falling asleep on him," reads the caption on a recent video uploaded jointly to Coco's Instagram account and Chanel's.
In the clips, Chanel, who is 8 years old and clad in all-pink, rests her head on her unbothered pet's side, petting his nose gently. And even after getting her hair braided, she's back to the snuggle spot. So sweet!
In December, the family uploaded another look at the girl and her pup enjoying some downtime. Sparty Jr., named after his grandpa — the late bulldog Spartacus, who died from complications due to knee surgery in 2020 — and Chanel cuddled up on the couch for a nap in a sweet post shared to both the girl's and the dog's Instagram pages.

Already a father of two, Ice T was excited to welcome his youngest in 2015, even if it put him in the "old dad" category.
“Muhammad Ali said it best, ‘When a man has a child in the second half of his life, after 50, it resets his life,’” Ice T said on V-103’s Big Tigger Morning Show in March 2023. “It started my life over. I got back healthy, now I’m back in the gym, I’m looking good, sharp, I’m strong. I’ve got to live. I can’t go nowhere. I’ve got to keep chasing these bags. I got a baby girl.”

He's definitely a doting father and confessed to documenting Chanel's goofy escapades. “I’m taking a lot of pictures. I’m that same guy that you go, ‘Oh, my daughter…’ and before I know it, I’m showing you pictures. I said that I’m not going to be that guy,” Ice T told People in 2020. “But now I’m just like, ‘Wait, look,’ and, ‘Wait, look at this one,’ and, ‘Wait a minute, hold up.’ You can’t help it. You’re just happy.” In his most recent post of his girl, he uploaded a picture in which she looks at a laptop very seriously, with a black hoodie on. The actor and rapper wrote, "They finally got a pic of the Worlds most infamous Hacker.. Code name ‘32Degrees,’" which is of course the temperature at which water turns into...ice.
