Chrissy Teigen Revealed as The Banker on Deal or No Deal Island Season 2
Joe Manganiello did tease this season's new Banker has "roots" in the Deal or No Deal universe.
Long before the finale for Deal or No Deal Island Season 2 was just around the corner, Joe Manganiello dropped a telling hint about the identity of the new Banker. And now, after a season full of ominous phone calls and millions of dollars on the line, the reveal is finally here ahead of the Season 2 finale on Tuesday, March 25.
Chrissy Teigen has been revealed as the Banker of Deal or No Deal Island Season 2
That’s right, Chrissy Teigen has officially been revealed as DONDI Season 2’s Banker! Howie Mandel, who revealed himself as the Banker in the Season 1 finale after flying in on a helicopter, handed over the reins to Teigen in a video shared on social media.
“OK, so here's some advice for the new Banker for the finale. Always.... No, never... Anyways, good luck," the America’s Got Talent Judge says just as the video cuts to reveal Teigen.
"Thanks, Howie!" she says. "I'll take it from here."

Manganiello previously teased Teigen’s identity in an interview with NBC Insider, revealing that the new Banker has “roots” in the world of Deal or No Deal. In the early 2000s, Teigen was a briefcase model during the pilot and first season of Deal or No Deal.
"We’ve tried to make a concerted effort to choose Bankers — yes, there’s a new Banker this season — that have roots in Deal or No Deal. To choose Bankers that make sense in terms of Deal or No Deal canon. And that’s all I’ll say, because there’s gonna be some fun surprises this year in terms of the Banker and people are gonna learn some things,” Manganiello said. “You’ll just have to hang in there and see what I mean."
Exactly as Manganiello promised, it all makes sense now!

You can watch Teigen reveal herself to the Deal or No Deal Island Season 2 players when the finale airs on Tuesday, March 25, at 9/8c on NBC. The finale episode will also be available to stream the following day on Peacock.
